Should we launch any separate marketing activities in the future that require your consent, we will inform you of these separately and provide an appropriate opt-in mechanism.

04 / FORM

Contact us via form.

The form on the website allows you to submit an enquiry about our services or collaboration. Providing the details marked as required is necessary for us to receive and process your message effectively. Without them, it may not be possible to reply or prepare a quote.

Data from the form may be processed within the WordPress system, in an email inbox or by service providers handling the form and messages, depending on the actual technical configuration. We do not treat the mere submission of an enquiry as consent to receive the newsletter.

Important: As a general rule, submitting an enquiry about a quote does not require separate marketing consent. Details of the data processing associated with the enquiry are described in the section ‘Why and on what basis?’.

05 / GOOGLE TOOLS

Google Analytics and Search Console.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to analyse visitor traffic, the popularity of subpages and how the site is used. Depending on the implementation, the tool may process cookie identifiers, events, device information and approximate location data. The use of optional analytical cookies requires the user’s prior consent.

The data retention period in Google Analytics depends on the service configuration. The settings for user and event data retention in GA4 should be checked in the Google Analytics admin panel.

Google Search Console

Google Search Console is used to analyse a website’s visibility in Google search results, page indexing, search queries and overall search performance. Use of the Search Console dashboard by the website owner in itself does not mean installing additional analytical cookies in visitors’ browsers.

Further information on Google’s internships can be found at Google’s Privacy Policy and in Google Analytics cookie policy.

06 / AUDIENCE

Who might they be suitable for? Data shared?

To the extent necessary for the operation of the website, the data may be accessed by authorised persons and entities providing technical infrastructure, hosting, email services, form processing, security, IT support, analytical tools and legal or accounting services, where required.

In connection with the use of Google services, data may be processed by entities belonging to the Google group. Some service providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In the event of such a transfer, appropriate legal mechanisms must be put in place, depending on the provider and the service, e.g. an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

The scope of data shared with each provider depends on the services actually enabled and your privacy settings.

07 / RETENTION PERIOD

How long Do we store data?

  • Enquiries and correspondence: for the time necessary to respond and discuss potential collaboration, and subsequently — where justified — to safeguard against any potential claims, for a period corresponding to the applicable limitation periods.
  • Details of completed contracts: for the duration of the collaboration and for the period required by applicable regulations, including those relating to the retention of accounting records.
  • Technical logs: only for the period necessary to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website, in accordance with the hosting configuration.
  • Analytics: in accordance with the retention period settings in Google Analytics and the cookie settings in your browser.

If you withdraw your consent, this does not affect the lawfulness of any actions taken prior to its withdrawal.

08 / USER RIGHTS

You’re in control over your data.

Under the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access to data and obtaining copies of it,
  • correction of incorrect data,
  • the erasure of data and the restriction of its processing,
  • data transfers, where the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR apply,
  • objection to the processing of data based on a legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time, if the processing is based on consent,
  • to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

To exercise your rights, please write to kontakt@visual-art-studio.pl. Information on how to make a complaint can be found on the website The Office for Personal Data Protection.

09 / COOKIES

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your device by your browser. They may enable the website to function properly, remember your settings or — once the necessary consent has been obtained — compile statistics. The website may use both session and persistent cookies.

Categories of technologies used

Category / examplesWhat are they used for?Period / consent

_ga (Google Analytics)Distinguishing between users for statistical purposes.Up to 2 years by default; analytical — subject to approval.
_ga_* (Google Analytics)Maintaining session state for the GA4 service.Up to 2 years by default; analytical — subject to approval.

The recommended Google Analytics names are Typical examples for GA4 configuration, rather than a technical list of cookies confirmed by an audit of this installation. Their actual presence, expiry times and other cookies depend on the website’s settings, additional plug-ins and the browser.

Google Search Console, as a tool for analysing search results, does not in itself require the placement of separate analytical cookies on visitors’ devices.

10 / CHOICES AND CONSENT

How to manage Cookies?

Non-essential analytical cookies should only be activated once the required consent has been obtained. Users should be able to refuse, and easily change or withdraw, their decision. Essential technologies may operate without consent only within the limits of statutory exceptions.

You can also delete or restrict cookies in your browser settings. However, simply deleting cookies does not necessarily mean that your consent has been effectively withdrawn in the consent management system — the preferences panel is used for this purpose, if it has been implemented on the website.

11 / FINAL INFORMATION

Security and updates.

We ensure that access to personal data is restricted to those individuals and services that require it to carry out their tasks, and that appropriate organisational and technical safeguards are in place. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not use data from the contact form to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the data subjects.

This policy may be amended in line with the development of the website, changes to service providers or changes in legislation. The current version is published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
